Gerard Judge founded Coba Design in 2015 after identifying an increasing demand in the residential sector for innovative and bespoke building design primarily from private clients wanting high quality well designed homes.

 

Gerard is a Chartered Architectural Technologist and has extensive knowledge of Local Authority Planning Policies, the Building Regulations Approved Documents as well as the construction process gained from working for a leading architectural and structural design consultancy for 10 years, with particular experience in residential buildings.

 

Coba Design primarily specialise in the residential sector and whether it be a modest extension or a new house Coba Design take delight in sharing their conceptual and intuitive building design abilities with their clients and are proud of the buildings they design.
